Local administration <br />the N. C. Sedimentation Control Act of 1993 was included in the recommendations made <br />in the Coddle Creek Watershed Management Plan approved by the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners on September 19, 1995. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Release of up to $4,650 in funds from 1996. budget for the <br />Watershed Improvement Commission.
