Page 2

SiX MONTHS MEASURABLE OBJECTIVES STATUS

(Continuation Programs Only)

In the space provided, please list each measurable objective in your current program
agreement and indicate the degree to which your program has been successful in achieving
them. (Use data from first six months of the fiscal year.)

1) 100% of clients will improve school attendance (to every day) as documented
by school notes and regular communication with school officials.

We had three Cabarrus County boys enrolled in our program dudng the first six months
of this fiscal year. Of these, 100% improved their school attendance to every day. They also
evidenced an improved attitude toward school and verbalized an increased desire to continue
and graduate from school.

2) 75% of clients will improve school performance from failing grades to at least a
C average, as evidenced by daily school notes and report cards.

100% of the clients were able to improve their grades to at least a C average. This was
accomplished through tutoring and close communication with the client's teachers.

3) Delinquent and/or inappropriate behaviors will decrease by 80% as evidenced
by no new court referrals, positive home visits, and daily progress notes by Resident
Counselors.

One of the boys has graduated and was discharged from our program back to his home
in Cabarrus Co. The other clients continue in the program to date. They have achieved many
of their goals and are making progress towards graduation. One boy has had additional
charges filed against him for drug possession, but this has motivated Substance Abuse therapy,
as well as spurred him on toward graduation.

4) Social and communication skills will improve by 50% through use of role play,
counseling, family meetings, outside activities, and positive reinforcement from
Resident Counselors. Evidenced by positive home notes, school notes, and
interpersonal relations at the group home.

Social skills for 100% of the boys improved dramatically. They have learned to control
their anger and express their feelings verbally. Impulse control has also improved as evidenced
by an increased ability to discuss frustrations versus their initial desire to explode verbally or
physically. This has been noted both at the group home and by the parents dudng weekend
visitations.
