Prior to May 1 of each year, the Boards of County Commissioners in <br />Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Stanly, and Union Counties, by <br />written communications to the County Manager of each county, shall each be requested to <br />appoint three persons to serve as Members of the corporation .... In the event a County <br />or COG shall fail to appoint its Members prior to July 31 of any year or notify the <br />corporation in writing of such appointment by such date, the Member(s) then currently <br />representing such County (or COG) shall be deemed to be that County's (or COG's) <br />Member(s) for the next succeeding year. <br /> <br />If you need any suggestions from us about replacement appointments, please feel free to give us a <br />call.
