Adequate funds are budgeted for this project, however, they <br />will need to be reallocated to the FY 97 budget because there is not enough time <br />remaining in this fiscal year to complete the project. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br /> 1. Award contracts to the low bidders as follows: A. Re-roofing contract to Radco Construction Services - $130,900 <br /> B. Mechanical contract to Mechanical Contractors - $66,150 <br /> <br /> 2.
