Plott has requested permission to play stereo music on the lawn of Jim's Sand & Stone, <br />9760 Robinson Church Roaa~ during the company's annual employee picnic on Sunday, June 23, <br />from 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Attached is infoonation from Captain Bill Gilmore regarding the homes and church located in the <br />immediate area The Board has granted permission to the company for a number of years for <br />outdoor music at its armual picnic. The most recent permit was issued in September 1995. <br />Captain Gilmore was unaware of arty complaints received by the Sheriffs Department during the <br />1995 event. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Authorize Mr. Plott to play stereo music on the lawn at Jim's Sand and <br />Stone during the employee picnic to be held on Sunday, June 23, from 3:00 P.M. until 11:00 P.M. <br />with the understanding that the noise level wilt be reduced if any complaints are received by the <br />Cabarrus County Sheriffs Department. <br /> <br />Attachments x Yes ,,No <br /> <br />Has this been reviewed by the Budget Director?
