At least 50% of appointees should be over 60 years of age. The Committee meets about once every three months and advises the staff and COG Board on the Area Plan, allocation of funds, etc. C. Specific Requests Betty Babb has served one term for a total of two years and is eligible for reappointment. Estelle Ferraro has served as an alternate for one year and may be reappointed for another one-year term if you wish. Centr;~lirl;~ Private Industw Council (PIC} A. Current Membership Cabarrus County has four (4) members on the twenty (20) member Centralina Workforce Development Board (WDB). The Cabarrus County Commissioners will select and approve nominations for WDB members based on the slate of nominations presented by the appropriate agencies and organizations listed under "General Information". Each WDB member is appointed to serve a two- year term. Upon approval by the county commissioners, individuals may be reappointed.
