Byrd, Jr., dated May 18, 1996, <br />which updates the original appraisal of the eight (8) acres and buildings located at 232 Davidson <br />Highway. The following is an outline of the proposed teullS for the purchase of the building: <br /> <br /> 1. Proposed purchase price is $650,000. <br /> <br /> 2. A credit of eight (8) years of rent, equal to $68,000, outstanding on the property <br /> for rent exchange agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. County to replace the last two (2) HVAC units which need replacing and for <br /> which units have been purchased. <br /> <br /> 4. WSACC will honor existing contracts and agreements for providing space to the <br /> North Carolina Forestry Service and the City of Concord Utilities Staff. <br /> <br /> 5. General Services may continue to occupy the building in the space presently <br /> occupied for up to one (1) year; thereafter, the County will pay rent at the rate <br /> of $10.91/square foot of office space occupied and $5.00/square foot for space <br /> in the storage buildings. <br /> <br /> 6. General Services will agree to continue to provide janitorial services and building <br /> maintenance for one (1) year. <br /> <br /> 7. County agrees to pay all utilities for one (1) year. <br /> <br /> 8.
