109 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Mills and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed Ms. Dianne Kindley to the Region F <br />Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council for a term oftwo years ending June <br />30, 1998. <br /> <br />Appointments - Centralina Development Corporation (3) <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Commissioner Mills and <br />unanimously carried, the Board reappointed Mr. Branson Jones and Mr. Eddie Durham <br />to the Centralina Development Corporation for a term of one year ending June 30, <br />1997. <br /> <br /> The County's third position on the Centralina Development Corporation will <br />remain vacant at this time. <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart opened the meetin& for informal public comments at 7:20 <br />P.M.
