Clifton, Ir., County Manager <br />FROM: ~ Don Moorhead, Human Resources Director <br />DATE: October 14, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: County Employee Participation in the 1996 United Way Campaign <br /> <br />I am pleased to report a successful conclusion to the County's participation in the 1996 United <br />Way Campaign. <br /> <br />Hank Grady, Administrative Officer in the Home Health Department, was Chairperson for our <br />employee campaign and reported: <br /> <br />- 67 more donors than in 1995 <br /> (31% increase) <br /> <br />- An overall participation rate of 43% <br /> (11% increase) <br /> <br />- $2,591 increase in total giving over 1995 <br /> (22% increase), for <br /> <br />- a total of $14,184 in employee contributions <br /> <br />The employees are to be commended for their generosity, and Hank Grady should be ~ecognized <br />for his leadership in the campaign.. <br /> <br />DIM/rck <br /> <br /> Office of the County Manager <br /> <br />P.
