Clifton, Jr. <br />Blair Bennett /}~ <br />November 12, 1996 <br /> <br />Rocky River Elementary School Budget Amendment <br /> <br />Per request from school officials I have attached the proper budget amendments for use of <br />contingency funds in the Rocky River project. This additional request for architect fees relates to <br />several different areas. First, the Board of Commissioners authorized $10,000 in October 1995 <br />for architect fees relating to the enlargement of the gym, which is one part of this request. Also, <br />there was discussion, as outlined in the attached letter from Dr. Winkler and in Board of <br />Commissioners minutes, for extra funds relative to the outdoor recreational facilities, but none <br />were actually allocated. Other additional work requested by the Board of Education, such as <br />preliminary analysis of Rocky River site, analysis of site to determine characteristics and <br />viability of providing clone elementary schools, reimbursables related to bidding packages <br />mailed to contractors, and an amount for future possible requested services are included.
