The work was completed as a result <br />of requests by the Board of Education and the Parks and Recreation Department--a <br />clarification memorandum is attached. Dennis stated that work was completed upon <br />direction of the School Board. <br /> <br />Unfortunately, we have only been paid for $10,000 of a total $27,669, leaving a balance <br />due orS17,669. I am writing this letter to see what needs to be done to appropriate funds <br />for these efforts. These totals were not previously included in our Rocky River estimates <br />since the work had been completed and approved separately. However, it appears that <br />the work needs to be included as Other Services--the first $10,000 paid on 12/14/95 was <br />included as Other Services. <br /> <br />Please let me know what, if any, action I need to take to collect the outstanding money. <br /> <br />Sincerely yours, <br /> <br />Kristine L.
