Section 10. The actions of the Finance Director and County <br />Manager of the Issuer in applying to the Local Government <br />Commission of North Carolina to advertise and sell the Bonds are <br />hereby ratified and approved. The Local Government Commission of <br />North Carolina is hereby requested to ask for sealed bids for the <br />Bonds by publishing notices and printing and distributing an <br />official Statement, including any Supplement thereto, relating to <br />the sale of the Bonds. The official Statement, proposed to be <br /> <br />dated January , 1997, and substantially in the form of the <br /> <br />draft presented at this meeting, is hereby approved, and the <br />Chairman, the County Manager and the Finance Director of the Issuer <br />are each hereby authorized to approve changes in such Official <br />Statement, to approve any supplement to such Official Statement and <br />to execute such Official Statement and any supplement to such <br />Official Statement for and on behalf of the Issuer. <br /> <br /> Section 11. There are hereby created, as may be needed, <br />appropriate capital project funds and/or accounts of said Issuer <br />for the receipt and expenditure of the proceeds of said bonds and <br />appropriate debt service funds and/or accounts of said Issuer for <br />the receipt and disbursement of debt service payments on said <br />bonds. <br /> <br /> Section 12. The Chairman, the Finance Director and the Clerk <br />to the Board and other officers of said Issuer are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and deliver for and on behalf of <br />said Issuer any and all certificates, documents and other papers, <br />including, without limitation, Letter(s) of Representations to <br />Securities Depositories and agreements relating to investment of <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br /> <br />
