LYING and being in No. 11 Township, Cabarrus County; North Carorlina, on the north side of N. C. Highway 49, adjoining the City of Concord (Deed Book 240, Page 165; Deed Book 240, Page 166; Deed Book 499, Page 648; Map Book 10, Page 37), and Triple B Leasing Co., Inc. (Deed Book 763, Page 81), and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a computed point (said point being N. 88-37-36 E., 97.43 feet from the inside corner of a wheel guard of a bridge abuttment over Irish Buffalo Creek on the north side of N. C. Highway 49; thence the following lines with the City of Concord: (1) N. 20-24-41 W., 75.50 feet to a computed point, the north side of N. C. Highway 49; (2) N. 21-06-06 W., 48.20 feet to a computed point; (3) N. 15-04-07 W., 49.70 feet to a computed point; (4) N. 13-58-22 W., 50.42 feet to a computed point; (5) N. 09-55-57 W., 48.25 feet to a computed point; (6) N. 07-55-46 W., 430.67 feet (passing a p.k. nail set in the centerline at 280.57 feet) to a computed point; (6) N. 79-59'31 E., 821.35 feet to a computed point in the line with Triple B Leasing (said point being S. 00-06-00 W., 1,086.24 feet from an existing 1-1/2" iron pipe); thence the following lines with Triple B Leasing: (1) S. 00-06-00 W., 152.36 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; (2) S. 00-06-00 W., 253.94 feet to an existing 1-1/2" iron pipe; (3) $. 79-59-31 W., 597.67 feet to an existing 1-1/2" iron pipe; (4) S. 10-00-29 E., 300.00 feet (passing an iron pin set by an existing 1-1/2" iron pipe on line at 250.00 feet) to a computed point in the centerline of N. C. Highway 49; thence with the centerline of N. C. Highway 49, S. 80-00-00 W., 137.28 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 8.37 acres, more or less, as surveyed by Gaylon L.
