The funds have been placed in the <br />budget of the Office of State Planning to be distributed to COGs. In order for Centralina to <br />receive these funds, your goveming board will need to pass the attached resolution requesting its <br />share (see attached listing) be released to Centralina. <br /> <br />Upon your Board's adoption, please return the Resolution with original signatures of the local <br />official and witness, OR a copy of the resolution with those signatures and original seal. <br /> <br />We would like to have the signed resolution to our office by December 20, if possible, to the <br />attention of Hilda Threatt.
