North <br />Carolina (OWNER or COUNTY) AND .._Camp Dresser & Mc_Kee (ENGINEER or CDM) fcrr <br />study and report professional services, <br /> <br /> SITE STUDY <br />FOR A SUBTITLE D EXPANSION TO THE <br />CABARRUS COUNTY 8ANrrARY LANDFILL <br />OPTION C <br /> <br />The purpog of this Am,ndment is to prepare a Site Study for a Subtitle D to the Cabarms <br />County Landfill. The proposed site is a modified configuration of Option C which was <br />identified during thc sStc screening precis. Thc modified Option C site/ncludes the County- <br />owned PrOl~rty air,dy on Option C a~ well as the Goodman and Patterson propezties. It is <br />recognized that portions of some other adjacent propexties may have to b~ purchased to <br />provide the requital 300 foot prop,try line buffer zone, however, all landfilllng activities will <br />b~ l.in~ted to thc agreed portions of thc Partemon, Goodman, and County-owned properties. <br /> <br />The Basic Services of ENGINEER as described in Section 1 o[ said Agreement <br />are amended and supplemented az follows: <br /> <br />This Amendment will authorkze CDM to prepare a Site Study for Option C in accordance with <br />Rule .1618 of the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Rules.
