She indicated that all have been excellent <br />members and have expressed interest in being considered for reappointment. <br />All are eligible for appointments of three years ending December 31, 1997. <br /> <br />** One vacant position remains on the Committee. In response to written <br />request for nominations by nursing home administrators, Dorothy Critz of Five <br />Oaks Nursing Home, submitted the nomination of Frank Critz. However, Mr. <br />Critz's in-laws became residents of a nursing home in December and he <br />therefore would not be eligible for appointment.
