The parking lot is located at the rear of the <br />building with the dimensions of 250' x 150'. There are 2 septic tanks located on <br />the property, 10' and 27' from the right side of the building. Future plans of a shop <br />would be located from the right side of the parking lot. Total square footage <br />2,665 feet. The entrances are from Cabarrus Station Rd. as well as Bethel Ave. <br />Ext.. <br /> <br />(b) Operation times: 6 day week, Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm, Saturday, 7am - 1 pm. <br /> <br />(c) Present employees are 15 full-time and 3 part-time with future plans to increase <br /> with the growth of the company. <br /> <br />(d) No equipment sold. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Building used for business dealing with dispatching and lining up deliveries for <br />trucks, with no on-site dock. The surrounding area is used for parking. In the <br />future, the plans are to have an enclosed repair shop. Current plans for <br />improvement are to repair building by painting and landscaping the property. <br />During the week, trucks are normally on the road with their deliveries. <br /> <br /> <br />
