Max Lee Conner, Petitioner, located on the southwest <br />comer of Cabarrus Station Road and Bethel Avenue Extension, Map/PIN <br />5534.04-83-6155, 82-5699, wishes to rezone from Low Density Residential <br />to Limited Industrial Special Use. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 to deny this petition. Under <br />the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />decision can be appealed. That is what has happened in this case. The case is <br />now to be heard as a new application. Also, as the case involves the special use <br />rezoning technique, all evidence and testimony is to be sworn and the decision is <br />to be supported by findings of fact. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS HELD ON DECEMBER 19, 1994. Decision deferred until January 17, <br />1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
