Chapter 10 Parking and Loading. Existing~ Section 10-5(4). <br />Specific Design Standards for Off-Street Parking. Setbacks - No required off- <br />street parking shall be located within the setback areas. Proposed, Section I0- <br />5(4). Specific Design Standards .for Off-Street Parking. Required Setbacks for <br />Off-Street Parking and Loading Areas ~ No parking shall be located within <br />the buffer yards as required in Chapter 11 of this ordinance. If a buffer yard <br />is not required, no parking shall be located within ten (10) feet of a side or <br />rear property line or within ten (10) feet of the front base setback line. Comer <br />lots shall be measured as to have two front base setback lines. These ten (10) <br />feet areas must be appropriately landscaped as required by this Ordinance. <br />This does not apply to single or two family dwellings. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 to approve this petition. <br /> <br /> <br />
