A complete description of the proposed use including but not limited to: <br /> <br />a) a site plan detailing the layout of all buildings, their square footage and <br />driveways, <br />b) days/hours of operation, <br />c) total number of employees, both full-time and part4ime, <br />d) type of equipment sold, and, <br />e) any and all other relevant information descriptive of the facility, <br /> <br /> 2. A traffic study based on ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineering) rates or other <br />comparable source analyzing the proposed site's impact on the existing road network.
