Jan Bryant, Cabarrus County Animal Control Supervisor, was named <br /> <br />"Animal Control Employee of the Year" by the N. C. Animal/Rabies <br /> <br />Control Association. A plaque was presented to Jan at the association's <br />annual meeting on November 1, 1994, and reads as follows: <br /> <br /> "Presented to Jan Bryant in grateful recognition of her <br /> outstanding leadership ability as Director of the Cabarrus <br /> County Animal Control Department and Secretary of NCARCA. <br /> This award represents our highest esteem for her untiring <br /> efforts during 1993 and 1994." <br /> <br /> <br />
