As has <br />been our practice over the past several years, I nm requesting <br />that funds granted to the Library by the Charles &. Cannon <br />Charitable Trusts during the previous fiscal year be transferred <br />into the Library Budget at the first February meeting of the <br />Board of County Commissioners. The smount requested for transfer <br />is $ 35,000.00. These funds should be adequate to cover the <br />purchase of Library Materials for the remainder of the current <br />fiscal year. As stipulated by the Cannon Charitable Trusts, <br />these funds may only be used for the purchase of Library <br />Materials and then only after all other funds appropriated for <br />the purchase of Library Materials are exhausted.
