Only initial fees, to cover the <br />architect, land purchase, and site preparation, are being set up at this time. An <br />amendment will be done when the construction bids are let and the lease financing <br />has been obtained. <br /> <br />In accordance with the resolution previously passed by the Board, Cabarrus <br />County will be reimbursed out of the lease financing proceeds. <br /> <br /> <br />
