Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28026-0707 <br /> <br />Re: Cabarrus County Mapping Project <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Rowland: <br /> <br /> Jerry Kabala mentioned that you are interested in delivery of as much of our proposed <br />project as possible by July 1, 1995. In reviewing our current workload we are able to proceed <br />as follows. <br /> <br />Aerial Photography: Per our original agreement all phases of the aerial photography will <br />be complete by May 30, 1995. Our fee for this phase of the project is $16,442.00. <br /> <br /> The following tasks are discussed in detail in our proposal and are presented here as <br />work we can either start or complete by July 1, 1995. <br /> <br />Analytical Aerial Triangulation: We can begin and complete the Analytical Aerial <br />Triangulation for the eastern half of the County at the 1" =400' scale. This portion of <br />the project.represents a partial project cost of $8,780.00. By July 1, 1995, you will <br />receive a FAAT report for each of the __. in this area. <br /> <br />Vertical Survey Control: We will also begin and complete the 1" =400' vertical control <br />for the area 4 and 5 of the eastern half. Task fee is $12,770.00for this effort. You <br />will receive vertical control booklet as a result of this task. <br /> <br />Digital Orthophotos: With the completion of the 1" =400' FAAT block we will begin <br />production of digital orthophotos. This task includes delivery of the ortho files and will <br />cost $7,456.00. <br /> <br />Soils Reporting Utility: Programming can be started immediately and completed before <br />July 1, 1995, fee for this effort $7,435.00. <br /> <br />NCGIA Soil Database Conversion: We can begin and complete this conversion task by <br />July 1, 1995. Our estimated cost is $6,138.75. <br /> <br /> If we can begin this project within the next two weeks, we are confident we can <br />complete the work for the 41 sheets of 1" =400' scale digital orthophotos including the <br />required Fully Analytical Aerial Triangulation, the vertical control, soils reporting utility and <br />NCGIA soils database program and conversion. <br /> <br /> <br />
