Road maintenance shall hereby be the responsibility of the <br />Homeowners Assodation and roads shall be maintained to the <br />minimum standards of the North Carolina Depaxtment of <br />Transportation until the respective governmental agency takes over <br />this responsibility. The road maintenance agreement is recorded in <br />Dccd Book Page of the Cabarrus County Register of Deeds. <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />Owner/Developer <br /> <br />Approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Recording the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission shall have forty five (45) days stipulation <br />for additional time is agreed to by the subdivider.
