will be reviewed in fiscal year implications with typical developments within each of the <br />zoning classifications under the three geographic areas. <br /> <br />The fiscal impact will include acquisition, construction, maintenance, and operational <br />concerns as previously identified. <br /> <br />Phase VII <br /> <br />Weeks 30-32 <br /> <br />Development of financing plan. <br /> <br />The office will coordinate with the Budget office to formulate the modified Capital <br />Improvement Plan with actual recommended funding sources for each of the identified <br />projects. The office will also review and recommend any changes to the established levels <br />or standards of service that could alter the financial obligations. <br /> <br />Successful completion of this project is dependent upon full cooperation amoung all <br />agencies involved and the addition of one highly qualified staff'planner who would be <br />performing the above work assignment. <br /> <br />GAN <br />5~6~5 <br /> <br /> <br />
