BE IT ORDAINED by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners that Section <br />50-5(10), Park Preservation, of the Code of Ordinances, Cabarrus Count~, <br />North Carolina is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br /> Parks and Recreation <br /> Cabarrus County Code <br /> <br />Section 50-5 (I0) Park Preservation. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to: <br /> <br />(10) Bring, use, ride, or drive a horse, pony, mule, cow or any other <br /> animal in any part of the park, except for commercially <br /> licensed horse drawn carriages, which will be treated <br /> as limousines for the purpose of this ordinance, o r <br /> unless the animal is part of a park sponsored program as <br /> provided for directly above in subsection (9) of this section. <br /> <br /> <br />
