As you are aware, this <br />contract is considered an inter-local cooperative agreement. This <br />requires, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 160- <br />A, Article 20, Part 1 that it be ratified by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of both counties prior to execution. <br /> <br />We look forward to the completion of this contract in the earliest <br />possible time frame.
