This project consists of a sewer outfall from <br />Pebblestone Drive to Stough Road that will eventually serve <br />several industrial sites. <br /> <br />The low bidder was Brown Utility Co., Inc. of Concord, North <br />Carolina with a bid of $139,700.00. Brown has worked for Cabarrus County <br />before, is a local contractor and has always completed their <br />work in an exemplary manner. <br /> <br /> <br />
