White Land as platted in Map Book 26, page 78 and Lots ,4 & B at 5300 Rocky River <br />Road as platted in Map Book 17, Page 2. Purchase price for Lots 3 & 4 is $37,650 and <br />purchase price for Lots,4 & B is $36,500. These lots are adjacent to land owned by the school <br />system.
