P. 4 o revenues in accordance with agreements with the County. in keeping with WSACC's practice of charging the same rates and charges to each jurisdiction based upon usage as determined by metered wastewater flow, the costs for operation and maintenance for both the RRRWWTP and the MCWWTP will be combined for determining a schedule of rates and charges to be billed to each jurisdiction to provide the revenue needed to pay the operating and maintenance costs of both tile RRRWWTP and the MCWWTP beginning in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1997. In tile fiscal year ending .Tune 30, 1996, the County will (a) contribute towards payment of the costs o£ operating and maintaining the MCWWTP by paying to WSACC on or before the 15th day of' each month the amount of $3,960.00 (which is one-twelfth (I/12) of the annual estimated costs of operating and maintaining the MCWWTP of $47,514.00) for every month or part thereof that the MCWWTP is in operation and (b) contribut~ towards the payment of start-up costs of the MCWWTP by paying to WSACC by September 1, 1995 an additional amount of $3,960.00. WSACC agrees to keep and to provide to the County upon its request separate and complete financial records of the costs of operating and maintaining the MCWWTP. The County twill aisc pay Installment Payments a~d any additional payments payable to the Bank under the Installment Purchase . Contract until its obligation to make such payments is terminated as described in Paragraph I of this Agreement. The County will also contribute towards payment of tile costs of operating and maintaining the MCW~VTP by paying to WSACC on or before July t5 of each of tile following years lhe following amounts: 1996 $40,000 1997 $30,000 1998 $20,000 i999 $15,000 2000 $15,000 If the transfer of property described in Paragraph 1 above has not occurred by July 15, 2001, then the County will continue to contribute towards payment of the costs of operating and maintaining the MCWWTP by paying to WSACC on or before July 15 of each year thereafter the amount of $15,000 until (a) such transfer has occurred or (b) such time as the revenues associated with the MCWWTP for a fiscal year of WSACC are sufficient to pay the costs associated with operating and maintaining the MCWWTP for such fiscal year as shown by WSACC's records, whichever is earlier, whereupon the County will be relieved of any further responsibility to make such annual payments. For the purpose of this Agreement, the revenues associated with the MCWWTP include all payments, proceeds, fees, charges, rents and other income derived by or for the account of the County from the ownership by the County and operation by WSACC of the MCWWTP as determined in accordance with generally -:3-
