P. 4 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />revenues in accordance with agreements with the County. in keeping with <br />WSACC's practice of charging the same rates and charges to each jurisdiction <br />based upon usage as determined by metered wastewater flow, the costs for <br />operation and maintenance for both the RRRWWTP and the MCWWTP will be <br />combined for determining a schedule of rates and charges to be billed to each <br />jurisdiction to provide the revenue needed to pay the operating and maintenance <br />costs of both tile RRRWWTP and the MCWWTP beginning in the fiscal year <br />ending June 30, 1997. <br /> <br /> In tile fiscal year ending .Tune 30, 1996, the County will (a) contribute towards <br /> payment of the costs o£ operating and maintaining the MCWWTP by paying to <br /> WSACC on or before the 15th day of' each month the amount of $3,960.00 <br /> (which is one-twelfth (I/12) of the annual estimated costs of operating and <br /> maintaining the MCWWTP of $47,514.00) for every month or part thereof that <br /> the MCWWTP is in operation and (b) contribut~ towards the payment of start-up <br /> costs of the MCWWTP by paying to WSACC by September 1, 1995 an additional <br /> amount of $3,960.00. WSACC agrees to keep and to provide to the County upon <br /> its request separate and complete financial records of the costs of operating and <br /> maintaining the MCWWTP. The County twill aisc pay Installment Payments a~d <br /> any additional payments payable to the Bank under the Installment Purchase <br />. Contract until its obligation to make such payments is terminated as described in <br /> Paragraph I of this Agreement. <br /> <br />The County will also contribute towards payment of tile costs of operating and <br />maintaining the MCW~VTP by paying to WSACC on or before July t5 of each <br />of tile following years lhe following amounts: <br /> <br />1996 $40,000 <br />1997 $30,000 <br />1998 $20,000 <br />i999 $15,000 <br />2000 $15,000 <br /> <br />If the transfer of property described in Paragraph 1 above has not occurred by <br />July 15, 2001, then the County will continue to contribute towards payment of the <br />costs of operating and maintaining the MCWWTP by paying to WSACC on or <br />before July 15 of each year thereafter the amount of $15,000 until (a) such <br />transfer has occurred or (b) such time as the revenues associated with the <br />MCWWTP for a fiscal year of WSACC are sufficient to pay the costs associated <br />with operating and maintaining the MCWWTP for such fiscal year as shown by <br />WSACC's records, whichever is earlier, whereupon the County will be relieved <br />of any further responsibility to make such annual payments. <br /> <br />For the purpose of this Agreement, the revenues associated with the MCWWTP <br />include all payments, proceeds, fees, charges, rents and other income derived by <br />or for the account of the County from the ownership by the County and operation <br />by WSACC of the MCWWTP as determined in accordance with generally <br /> <br />-:3- <br /> <br /> <br />
