I, Sect. 6.1.1] <br /> <br />$30,000 <br /> <br />"Cabarrus County should implement an Erosion and Sedime,n, tation Control Plan <br />for the Coddle Creek Watershed, if not for the entire county (p.52). <br /> <br />"An Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan for the county would help not only <br />the water quality in the Coddle Creek Reservoir, but in all of the water courses in <br />the county" {p. 52). <br /> <br />Necessary Staff <br />Resource Conservation Specialist <br /> <br />Stream Restoration & Riparian Buffer Management IV. I, Sect. 5.1.2 & 3.1-3.4] $8,000 <br /> <br />"All rivers and streams that appear on USGS quadrangle maps as solid blue lines, <br />intended to minimize erosion problems. While farms are exempt from this <br />ordinance, the County strongly encourages its use as a BMP" (p. 46). <br /> <br />"A 50-foot buffer must be maintained around all perennial streams in the County" <br />(p. 46). <br /> <br />"The stream buffers are required to remain undisturbed generally" (p. 46). <br /> <br />Signage IV.
