If the request is granted, the copies <br />shall be provided as soon as reasonably possible. If the request is denied, the denial shall <br />be accompanied by an explanation of the basis for the denial. <br /> <br />Exceptions <br />All entities of Cabarms County Government and municipalities within Cabarrus County <br />are exempt from the IS fee schedule. Reciprocal agreements may be made with other <br />public or private agencies to encourage the exchange of data and services that are <br />mutually beneficial to both parties. <br /> <br />As a condition of providing electronic GIS data, Cabarrus County reserves the right to <br />require that the data requester agree in writing that the data will not be resold or otherwise <br />used for trade or commercial purposes. A license will be granted to the client to use the <br />GIS data for internal purposes only. Cabarms County reserves the right to license clients <br />to reproduce GIS data for royalty fees based on the resale of the data and or based on a <br />reciprocal agreement of products, services, or data. <br /> <br /> <br />
