Sec. 6. G.S. 6-19.2 is repealed. <br /> Sec. 7. The Office of the State Controller shall <br /> study the implementation of this act and shall report to the <br /> General Assembly by March 1, 1997, on the implementation, <br /> effect, and costs arising from the implementation of this act. <br /> Sec. 8.
