Baseline sampling detected Appendix I constituents <br /> <br />2. Triggered assessment monitoring for new Appendix II constituent: <br /> 2 ethylhexal <br /> <br />3. This triggered new baseline sampling (3 times) to establish amount of <br /> 2 ethylhexal <br /> <br />4. After establishing baseline of above che#~icat we are required to sample <br /> yearly for Appendix I and II list <br /> <br />5. The above 3 sampling events required are: <br /> <br /> a. October - Sample all wells for 2 ethylhexal <br /> b. November - Sample all wells (on Appendix I list plus Appendix II) <br /> c. January - Sample all wells for Appendix II list <br /> <br />6.
