CERTIFICATION OF <br /> <br />SANDRA S. McVAY, DEPUTY REGISTER OF DEEDS <br /> <br /> Sandra' S. McVay, Deputy Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County, was certified on <br />August 15, 1995 by the Certification Board of The North Carolina Association of Registers <br />of Deeds in conjunction with the Institute of Government at The University of North <br />Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sandy has been employed with Cabarrus County since January <br />1994. <br /> <br /> To be certified, a deputy Register of Deeds must satisfactorily complete the Register <br />of Deeds School at the Institute of Government as well as two elective courses taught at <br />colleges, universities, The Institute of Government, community colleges or technical <br />institutes. These courses must include such subjects as computer science, business law, real <br />estate law, public relations, principles of management, or other courses relevant to the <br />duties of the Register of Deeds Office. <br /> <br /> <br />
