County Emerqency Medical Services Director <br /> <br />Plan for coordination of ambulance/pre- <br />hospital care activities throughout the <br />County during disasters. <br /> <br />b. Develop mutual aid agreements. <br /> <br />Coordinate with hospital disaster coordinator <br />on use of medical facilities within the <br />County for mass casualty incidents. <br /> <br />Social Services Director <br /> <br />Plan for coordination of social services <br />operations during disaster. <br /> <br />Coordinate with medical/health care <br />facilities (e.g. nursing homes, rest homes, <br />etc.) to insure development of emergency <br />procedures in conjunction with appropriate <br />agencies. <br /> <br />c. Develop mutual aid agreements. <br /> <br />Coordinate emergency activities during <br />response and recovery with American Red <br />Cross, Salvation Army, Aging, and other <br />volunteer organizations to include shelter, <br />feeding and clothing. <br /> <br />Communications Director <br /> <br />Plan and direct communications and warning <br />systems, including two-way radio systems <br />throughout the County, describing methods of <br />communications between EOC, field forces, <br />shelter facilities, adjacent jurisdictions <br />and area/State EOC. <br /> <br />b.
