PETITION 94-04(t) <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br />CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 3-8, Table of Permitted Uses, Page 47, Line item #52, Signs, Off-Premise. <br /> <br />Delete P for permitted in the following zones: Ag/op - Agricultural/open; CR - Countryside <br />Residential; LDR & MDR - either low or medium density residential; HD/M - High <br />density/mixed use residential; OF/LC - Office/limited commercial. <br /> <br />2.
