CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Robert L. Wall has faithfully served Cabarrus Memorial Hospital and our <br />community for the past 31 years, offering his leadership as President and <br />CEO of the hospital for 26 of those years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />His foresight and dedication to improving the health status of our <br />community have led to the establishment of a first-class health <br />organization offering state-of-the-art technology and facilities staffed by <br />talented medical professionals providing high quality care; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />His vision has led to the creation of innovative programs such as the <br />Duke-Cabarrus Educational Affiliation, an aggressive physician <br />recruitment program, quality improvement initiatives and other services <br />which are preparing Cabarrus Memorial to meet the future health needs <br />of our region; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, He has also offered his time and talents to many community <br /> organizations~ enriching all of us. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners proclaim February 28, 1994 as Bob Wall Day in Cabarrus County as a <br />token of our gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Wall for his devoted leadership. <br /> <br />This the 21st day of February, 1994. <br /> <br />Jb~----~ L..Y"Barnhart, Chairman <br /> <br />Sue B.
