20. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT <br />In the event LESSEE shall make necessary the expansion of the <br />system facilities as shown in Schedule A in excess of its capacity, <br />such expansion will necessitate the execution of a separate and <br />distinct Agreement to apply to the additional equipment. <br /> <br />21. GOVERNING LAW <br />This LEASE AGREEMENT shall be interpreted under and governed by <br />the laws of the State of North Carolina. <br /> <br />22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This Lease contains the entire agreement between LESSOR and LESSEE <br />and any alteration or modification of this Lease shall be in <br />writing and signed by the parties. <br /> <br />23.
