Bonds <br /> <br />[ am enclosing 7 copies of the 2 proposed 1994-1995 Secondary <br />Road Programs for Cabarrus County. Program I shows the 20% <br />of available funds being retained for maintenance. Program 2 <br />is without the 20% retainage for maintenance. We will <br />probably not know which program is to be used until after the <br />legislative completes its work on the budget. Therefore, we <br />need the County Commissioners to approve both programs in <br />order not to delay the work. It should be noted that Program <br />2 contains all the roads in Program I, plus a few additional <br />roads. <br /> <br />The funding shown on the above programs are estimated and <br />based on the amount received last year. Therefore, the <br />actual amount could be either more or less. <br /> <br />I am also enclosing one copy of the 2 programs, without the <br />funds being shown, along with maps to be posted on the public <br />bulletin board. State law requires they be posted for at <br />least 2 weeks prior to the formal presentation. I would <br />appreciate your having them posted. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that <br />Commissioners for an informal <br />April 18, i994 and our formal <br />P.M. on May 2, 1994. <br /> <br />we will meet with the County <br /> presentation at 7:30 P.M. on <br />presentation will be at 4:30 <br /> <br /> <br />
