A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE <br />1994-1995 SECONDARY ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> PROGRAM NO. I <br />INCLUDES 20% FOR MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the North Carolina Department of Transportation has submitted a proposed <br />Secondary Road Improvement Program in the amount of $675,687.00 for <br />Cabarrus County for the 1994-1995 Fiscal Year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners in accordance with North <br />Carolina General Statute 136-44.8 held a public hearing on May 2, 1994 at <br />4:30 P.M. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the Cabarrus County <br />Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina, in order to consider public <br />comments about the proposed Secondary Road Improvement Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />North Carolina General Statute 136-44.8 provides that the Board of County <br />Commissioners, after the presentation and discussion of the annual Secondary <br />Road Improvement Program, may concur with the program as proposed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the County <br /> of Cabarrus that said Board does concur with the 1994-1995 Secondary Road <br /> Improvement Program, Program No. 1, as presented by the North Carolina <br /> Department of Transportation and recommend that the Board of Transportation <br /> adopt the proposed program for Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />Adopted this 2nd day of May, 1994. <br /> <br />ATrEST: <br /> <br />Jeffrey L.
