!CABAItltLIS COUNTY] <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />John Witherspoon/County Manager <br />Mike Byrd/Transportation Planner <br /> <br />June 23, 1994 <br /> <br />Elderly and Disabled Transportation Assistance Program (E&DTAP), Medicaid <br />Transportation Assistance Program (MTAP) grant application <br /> <br />Attached is a resolution required to accompany the E&DTAP/MTAP grant application from the <br />County. The total amount of funding currently allocated for the County through this program is <br />$34,718. This includes $30,990 for the E&DTAP program, and $3,728 for the MTAP program. <br />Since the inception of this program, the County has used all of their funding that has been allocated. <br /> <br />The resolution must accompany the grant application that I am preparing. The complete application <br />must be received by NCDOT Public Transportation and Rail Division by July 15, 1994 to receive this <br />funding. I would appreciate you scheduling the adoption of this resolution at the next Commissioners <br />meeting. The major asset of this funding is that no County match funding is required to receive the <br />funding. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please let me know. <br /> <br /> <br />
