The Council meets every <br />other month and Ms. Pherigo has attended <br />more than one meeting since her appointment <br />in 7/93 to complete an unexpired term. (Records <br />available to Ms. Spivey indicated attendance <br />at 3-4 meetings since 7/93). Ms. Pherigo was <br />contacted by phone on 7/27 and stated a strong <br />interest in reappointment. She indicated that <br />she attends meetings when at all possible. <br />Also, Aubrey Attkisson, EMS Director, has <br />recommended the reappointment of Ms. Pherigo. <br /> <br /> <br />
