~l~g ~d Zoni~g'Comm~ion:

The 13.06 acres on Hideaway 601 bxe been divided into Residential and Conuuercial. 5.06 acres
in the rear ~ill be for residential use .Eight acres is being petition..~e~, to be rezoned for commercial
use. Six acres in the rear portion is being proposed for growing landscaping vegetation and nursery.
The land is currently, heavily woode~ nalvral vegetation will be lef~ on three sides to ser~e as a screening
and lxtffer zone.

A ntetal paneled lmilding ~th a stucco exterior front and a ten foot fence surrounding will be erected
on the front two acres. The building will be located 150' from Highway 601 with a 40'x 50' public
parking lot in front of the building. Company vehicles and equipment will be parked within the ten foot
chain linked fence. The tmilding will be hooked up to public water and a septic system.

This land being proposed for rezoning is prime for commercial use. Highway 601 toward Midland
is becoming more commercial rather than residential. Ultimately Highway 601 will be mostly
commercial rather than residential. Graining the rezoning will affect the community in poslive ways.
Commercialization will increases employment, revenue collected by the county, and residential and
commercial building.

Sincerely,
loe Cram
