For the all other agencies <br /> group in the earlier survey period, 85% of respondents reported a last or present <br /> address in Cabarrus County. <br /> Household Composition (p.6): The 61 responses represented 139 persons, an average <br />_ of 2.27 persons per household. The 135 responses from the earlier survey's all <br /> other agencies group represented 345 persons, an average of 2.55 persons per <br />-- household. <br /> The 61 responses represented 81 adults, 35 of whom were males and 46 (or 57%) <br /> of whom were females. Thev also included 52 children. <br />_ The 135 all other agencies responses from the earlier survey represented 157 <br /> adults, 74 of whom were male and 113 (or 60%) of whom were females. These <br /> responses also represented 164 children. <br /> Race of People in Household (p.7):For the 133 people represented by the responses <br /> who coded race, 41 (or 31%) were Black and 92 (or 69%) were White. <br />__ For the all other agencies group in the earlier survey of 351 people <br /> <br /> represented, 129 or (37%) were Black, 6 (or 2%) were Hispanic, and 216 (or 62%) <br /> <br /> were White. <br /> <br /> Age of Adults (p.8): For the 81 responses the average age of the 81 adults was <br /> <br /> 33.7 years. For the responses in the all other agencies group in the earlier <br /> <br />-- survey, the average age of the 187 adults represented was 31 years. <br /> <br /> Age of Children (p.9): For the 52 children represented in the latter survey <br /> period, 46 or 82% were five years of age or younger. For the 176 children <br /> <br /> represented by all responses from the earlier survey, 150 (or 85%) were less than or <br /> <br /> equal to 10 years old, 8? (or 49%) were less than or equal to 5 years old, and 33 <br /> (or i9%) were less than or equal to one ~ear old. <br /> <br /> <br />
