Brooks is certified <br />as deputy by Assoc. <br />of Registers of Deeds <br /> Kay L. Brooks, who became a <br />deputy in the Cabarms County Reg- <br />ister of Deeds office in June 1993, <br />has been certified as a deputy by the <br />N.C. Association of Registers of <br />Deeds. <br /> Brooks has been employed by the <br />Cabarms County, office since June <br />1992. She achieved certification by <br />successfully completing recom- <br />mended courses at Rowan-Cabarms <br />Community College and attending <br />the Registers of Deeds course at <br />Chapel Hill under the supervision of <br />the N.C.
