Please inform me <br />if you will require an amended Service Agreement Memorandum. <br /> <br />I have also enclosed a copy of a proposed Cable Television Rate Review Procedure for Cabarrus <br />County. Franchising authorities are required to adopt this procedure pertaining to the regulation <br />of cable TV basic tier rates, as well as equipment and installation charges. <br /> <br />The Rate Review Procedure must be formally adopted by your Board of Commissioners. <br />Accordingly, I request that this action be included on the agenda for your next regularly <br />scheduled Board meeting. I will need a copy of the meeting minutes reflecting the date this <br />measure was adopted. I am prepared to attend that meeting at your request to answer any <br />questions, but my presence is not a mandated requirement, and you will experience project cost <br />savings by adopting the Rate Review Procedure in my absence. <br /> <br />I would also like to request a media listing to be used for future press releases and to fulfill the <br />public comment requirement during the rate review process.
