In order for Centralina to receive these ~nds, your governing board will need to pass the a~ached resolution requesting its share (see affached listing) be released to the COG. Upon your Board's adoption, please return the Resolution with Qriqlnal signatures of the local official and witness, or copies of the resol~ion with those signatures and oriqinal seal.
