County or shall violate any other temis of this lease, the County shall have the right to its option <br />to declare this Lease canceled. <br /> <br /> 8. It is understood by the County that the funds for the preservation and restoration of the <br />Old Cabarrus County Courthouse will necessarily be supplied by contributions from individuals, <br />fin~s, corporations, organizations, foundations and other agencies; that the acquisition of such <br />funds may not be constant but will be affected by prior commitments of the respective <br />contributors and that a temporary suspension of work shall not be used as a reason for <br />cancellation of this Lease. <br /> <br /> 9. The County shall have no obligations or duties concerning the maintenance, <br />preservation or upkeep of the premises described in this Lease, i.e. the Old Cabarrus County <br />Courthouse. <br /> <br /> 10. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and <br />their respective successors and assigns. <br /> <br /> <br />
